I built that one into my own forums (only for youtube) it could be a helpfull addon when the teasers are coming out
Still, there is not much footage on the future games yet, so i wouldn't know what to show here.....

Well it wouldn't just be for showing TM2 footage. It helps facilitate the sharing of ideas in a community, allowing people to easily give video examples to explain their idea, or perhaps just posting something funny to share with others.

I notice that there's currently no indication of when/if a post was edited. Perhaps have a
message?

It is there, but you only see it when someone actually fills in a text.
Look, when you edit your post, underneath the textfield with the post, you see another textfield "Reason for editing this post:" Simply fill in a reason there and it will show

Yeah, but it would be better, if it is just shown when you do it, because you'll forget things like "ad the reason" so often.

No, because the current system allows silent edits to quickly fix a typo after posting, or add a last-minute thought or clarification, without making other people get suspicious and think "why and how was this edited".

Edit: But as you can see with this post, the "edited" tag line also appears when editing your post after someone has already appended another to the thread.

So it does. Cool. I guess I had only edited my posts when at the end of a thread. That answers any concerns I have.

Now you can add an avatar with a size of 128x128px, and also give your manialink address in your profile settings
