Re: Stadium "bugs"
you can train every "bug"
bug on its definition is a lack in a software, which is not intended by the developer. But you can exploit and train bugs. (depends on the software type)
I don't think the grass slide bug was intended by Nadeo, so for me it is clearly a bug
-> grass slide bug http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KJ7PFrLYbM
I mean you have to land sidewards and hit the brake and gas at the same time and the cars makes an very weird movement... this must be a bug.
I think the "neo-drifting" was intended by Nadeo because it is a simple drifting technique to drive faster around corners.
If you say the neo-drifting is a bug then you must also say that every other drift technique in this game is a bug

Re: Stadium "bugs"
Actually, the grass slide bug is a fast donut (because you press the same keys in order to make a donut). Also, this seems plausible because the grass slide bug works on every envi where you can do a donut (except Canyon). That's my explanation for it
I can't imagine Stadium with all those bugs, so I wouldn't say no to letting them untouched.

Re: Stadium "bugs"
Press forward maps from TMU stopped worked in TMUF AFAIK, so no doubt they'd stop working in TM2 as well. Why do people have such nostalgic feelings for these awful bugs anyways?Jadis wrote:Despite all the failed runs and headaches that these bugs have caused me, I wouldn't want to have them removed in TM2. It might affect other bugs/tricks, and the gameplay would suddenly look very different. Think of all the Press Forward maps!they wouldn't work anymore. Stadium would not be stadium if it had no tricks and bugs!
