you can train every "bug"
bug on its definition is a lack in a software, which is not intended by the developer. But you can exploit and train bugs. (depends on the software type)
I don't think the grass slide bug was intended by Nadeo, so for me it is clearly a bug

I mean you have to land sidewards and hit the brake and gas at the same time and the cars makes
an very weird movement... this must be a bug.
I think the "neo-drifting" was intended by Nadeo because it is a simple drifting technique to drive faster around corners.
If you say the neo-drifting is a bug then you must also say that every other drift technique in this game is a bug

Actually, the grass slide bug is a fast donut (because you press the same keys in order to make a donut). Also, this seems plausible because the grass slide bug works on every envi where you can do a donut (except Canyon). That's my explanation for it
I can't imagine Stadium with all those bugs, so I wouldn't say no to letting them untouched.

I don't understand this sentence very well.

But I think what you meant is that you're okay with those tricks/bugs carrying over into TM2 Stadium. It would not be Stadium otherwise. You can't imagine Stadium without those tricks.
Am I correct?

Press forward maps from TMU stopped worked in TMUF AFAIK, so no doubt they'd stop working in TM2 as well. Why do people have such nostalgic feelings for these awful bugs anyways?
