Since ghosts doesn't move while editing in Intro slot, some people make complex intros with many ghosts in the In-Game slot instead. This bug, plus that sometimes the cam get anchored to wrong ghost, adds to the difficulty of making a proper intro.
That's the biggest one indeed.

Laps mode
Fix the CP times, to be able to see the difference to the players in front of and behind you. This is very important to get a good racing feeling in leagues, just as in
ETs Formula ET. This worked in the late stage of TMU, therefore it is quite hard to understand why it does not work for TM2.

My personal list so far:
1. Spectatorbug as already mentioned by TStar
2. It's more for Maniaplanet in general, but I'd like to see that you are able to have different ingame nicknames for each game (so Trackmania, Shootmania and Questmania). Could be really usefull for players which like to play both (or rather every) games, but their teams only support one of them.
3. Teamcreation: Increase the max. characters for the tag, please.

I would really like to go back to the old Cam 7 like in TMUF. Where you press 7 to see an overview of the map quickly.

There should be more LAN's around the world, not only in France.
But I'm already happy if there are in France, I'm very happy with the announcement of the GA2013.

Specatatormode:
1. visible tiretracks and CP's in specmode
Menu:
1. Sometimes all menubuttons of the Maniaplanetmainmenu don't work - So I have to shut down the game (ALT + F4) and restart it. I still didn't figure what causes this bug.
Performance:
1. I have a much more worse performance in TM2 Canyon than in TMN/U-F. I actually mean that it's hard to get fps wich are const. 60+. Low or high settings don't effect the fps that much (difference in avrg ~fps 15fps).
(Vsync is deactivated and no Maxfps set...)
