Buying 3 environments (total 60€) is still smaller than them money we need to pay when buying the newest ps3 or xbox games.

correct. it's a myth that serious and active TMNF players don't want to pay. personally i own 2 TMUF-keys.

I believe the willingness to pay depends very much more on the involvement of the player in the game/community than on the fact he/she plays TMU or TMN. Some TMU AND TMN players will buy TM² and some TMU AND TMN will stick on TMU or TMN.

I believe most of TMNers can understand the gratuitousness may be a way to attract people to TM rather than a long-term business model (especially with the recent decrease of advertising incomes).

But maybe the fact that some TMN people say "if TM² is without stadium, it's not interesting" feeds the myth (confusion) because it let us think they are not interested in a new gameplay/car handling.

why? normal games costs 50-60 euro at the release, like NFS and it has only one envi
1 envi for Trackmania² costs 20 euro, and if there are for example 3 envis: voila, 60 euro AND 3 envis! and of course endless fun

Can I only buy TM2 as download version? With Steam?
I want TM2 as Hard-Disk like CD/DVD.
I hate Steam and I don't want support this sh*t copy-protection-system.

i think they'll probably develop a hard copy at some point.
