To answer to the topic: Remember adding an extra camera also has impact on the mediatracker and replay editor. It might not be as simple as one might think...

for those who talk about the 'still not fixed camera-bug', i refer to a post i made a couple of days ago: http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 27#p153627. here i explain that it is not a bug, but just due to the fact that the specific track where it happens, is a tm1 stadium track that has not been properly converted by the author. if you drive tm2 stadium tracks, or tm1 stadium tracks where the author did properly convert the mediatracker work, you won't have this problem.

for the record: how to properly convert the mediatracker. you have to make one clip with the trigger at the first camchange, and add a 'camera race' block on internal. make sure 'keep playing' is turned on! then create a second clip with a trigger at the point where the camera should go back to normal. this clip you'll have to keep empty.

Sadly.

Just a sidenote: yo, I made all my tracks in that way as you described. And since I haven't tried this issue in the latest update (yesterday, 12th), tried again, and the cam2 is still buggy. If you want I send you a track and try it. If you want I even upload a video. I'd be the most happy person if this would work :)

PS: Maybe this whole thing has smth to do with the time setting (cam length), which isn't here in maniaplanet.

i don't know if i understand correctly, but if you use the time setting it will mess up the cam. the loop cam clip should be on 'keep playing', so that it never ends. when the car hits the empty trigger after the loop, however, the cam gets reset and you have a neat switch to your default cam without any bugs.

The "oups" tells me the 'new' cam2 was never made by a human being but was just a bug caused during export from tmnf to tm2. And along with the bug came the cam twitch after loopings. But thats a guess ofcourse.

Well I still have the twitch after loops. Dunno what you are seeing jack but I made a little video of what I'm seeing. And yes I've switched on 'keep playing' like I do since 2006. Please tell me im doing something wrong cause I want this fixed too. :)
