Hi, i'm back from holidays and because new update brings new UI etc. I'm decide to do a small hotfix

What's new ?
- 4 Basic commands to change match / map score
- Fixed point system
- Better rules
- Fixed weapon selection UI
- Arrow has slower reload (commander + rush = dead)
- Fixed maps: Syberia and MacShooter Snow
- New logo
