Special ideas for the gameplay itself, like could go above anothers vehicles, layered way, and other "effects" to make it diverse and detailed. Like boost jumps, different physics parts, air lifters on road to bump up, upside down driving, item on road that you can use later, go straight upwards on a wall (like in that last pic above), and many other ideas. When its futuristic and non realistic, the doors for the ideas are open to do almost anything, some really surreal and new stuff.

I put this here just for fun, i saw this some time ago, its pretty nice. At 30sec when the bike starts to speed up and drives between cars, its quite cool:
