This is going to look stupid because you just made this great move.
I just wanted to say that a free weekend would be awesome too!!
I think that in November there will be a LONG weekend the weekend after ESWC.
Why not make it free then? Players could play some Joust & other stuff to test it out.

Im surely not the first one to post this, but consider it please NADEO.
What harm would it do to make it free a couple of days?

10K players download it. 5% buys it = 500extra players.

i see that demo account should be limited, but at least being able to change the password would be great

We can see a InstaGib TDM on the video introducing the Open Beta where can we find server running this mod ?
Do we have to load a mod like Elite / Royal ?
Or we just have to find it by the server browser ?

I own the entire game so I normally can play this type of game

The demo offers no acces to other mods. Only Elite.
If you buy the game u can find ALL gamemods when you launch the STORM title.

1. Launch the game
2. Maniaplanet opens
3. Click the storm title
4. Browse servers
5. Scroll through the servers to find what you are looking for or use the FILTERS.

after having played with quite some new players I come to the conclusion that a royal demo might be better because of the special game play in elite
it's the competitive game mode and you're throwing completely new players into it
many newbies like the lobby way more than the actual matches
