Lerya 5.0 is now available

With a new GUI, the replay Analyser and the Team features, you're ready for trainning like a PGM

This is the list of evolutions :
- Added the Replay analyser to get all informations about angle and speed from a replay
- Added the Team feature to protect your races and to share your datas only with your teamates
- New GUI when selecting datas
- You're now able to edit the manialink which represent the race guide ingame
- Added notifications sound that can be disabled or customized, to give you information whether your are ahead or late from you record
- Deleting the loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong lag when trying to connect the software to the database
- Fix somes bugs like race ordering in case of multilaps
- Added a features to protect double saved races on the database (in case of using Lerya AND Lerya plugin)*


*Note : this require the lastest version of the Lerya XASECO2 plugin (v2.0), available on the Lerya datacenter

Special thanks for Electron for the Replay analyser which make this version the most brilliant software I've never realized (for now ^^).


What about the future ? Well Lerya will still in development and this is a list of potential idea for the new major version (Lerya 6.0) :
- In game overlay for display information like Heading, Roll, Pitch or Yaw angle
- G chart to see what how much you're taking on your face at each corner
- Text To Speech to tell you precisely you gap from your record
- Feature to export your replay data to PDF to compare it to another player
- Feature to prepare Popcorn and coffee instantly, bring by George Clooney
- What else ?

Just to finish, the *aAa* has made a little report about Lerya. Thanks to them for supporting Lerya (sorry, it's in French) !

I already have visit youre site a few times and sadly still no install help. Under construction.

( I made a program for TM if you want to use it , figure out youre self )

But it would be nice to see some documentation about installation and how it works.
And what about other server controllers ?
You talk about Xaseco 2 , but there are others : Maniacontrol , Uaseco , eXpansion.
Does it work with those ?
Some controllers work with scripts , does it work with those ?

Good point, I'm making a video to explain how to use it. However, it will be first in french (sorry dude), just to warm my magnificent english accent ^^

Currently,there is only a single plugin available for 1 controller only => XASECO 2

Since I don't know how other controllers works, I didn't develop Lerya plugin for other controllers. But if you want, you can join and create it if you're able

If you've got any issues with it, you can leave a post on the Lerya forum or we can even have a meeting on Mumble or Teamspeak (as you want) where I can help you to install it properly !

If I understand right, you can get out with help of this software the maps from replays when they are no longer present. Where can I download it?

With Lerya, you can't extract map from a replay. Lerya extracts only race information of the replay, like car position and angle, speed and heading.

If you want to extract the Map from a replay, you may have a look on "ReplayToChallenge" here :

New features will be added for the Replay Analyser :
- Engine revolution (useful to check whether you've keep the gear or not on a 180° corner on dirt)
- Throttle status : Are you full throttle or not ?
- Brake efficiency status : are your breaks delivering all the power to stop the car ?
- Fouling rate : useless except if you want to have the most cleanest car on the car to show off.

All of this informations are not present inside the wiki of TM² and has been deduced after a personal analysis. The title of each information may not be exact.

All of this features will be available in one of the next version of Lerya.

Little news for big announcement:

The dev of Lerya still going on and version 6 is coming soon :
- A new tool for creating Line up, based on criteria such as average, records or number of tranning
- A dashboard which display IN REAL TIME the position of the player, the instant speed, the distance travelled, the current gear engaged and the RPM of the engine


And optionnaly :
- A TTS feature to give more information to the players
- A feature to analyse another driver on a server (like a "coaching" feature)

I cannot specify the release date of this new major version.

Lerya still in development for your biggest pleasure (no ? )

The dashboard still in beta version and are actually not usable (each update of Maniaplanet request an update of this feature). However, the version 6 will fixed that issue. Also coming soon in the next version the Line Up creator

Based on Lerya statistics, the LUC will help you to create a perfect line up depending on 3 criteria : average, performance and number of train. You can adjust all parameters to adjust the result and get the best !
