New way to get people over to Maniaplanet?

I still get incorrect server reply on united acc.

it's working again.

I like this feature for United accounts and not connecting to the masterserver
TMNF accounts/game still working - as always^^

Can't connect TMUF nor TMNF master servers for a small week now... second (long) cut in a small time... what's happening ?

Well, found and solved the problem

but absolutely crazy !

(EDIT: when testing the TM update, the answer was "Bad Proxy" so after a search on the subject, i've...)

... found a tread on the french tm forum talking about the Internet Exlorer "off-line mode", and, into the "network settings" into the "connection" tab from the "Internet Options", there was a proxy server checkbox for local connections that was checked... so simply unchecked and now it rocks

but WTF is it related to

Maniaplanet and TMUF use the "Windows Internet" settings, and a local proxy setting is only for companies which have a dedicated server for the connection to the internet.
Why this setting was there on your PC, perhaps ypu connected with the special software of your internet provider, or some tool (or in worst case some virus or trojan) modified this...
