If you have your own servers, why do you not simply chose to use maps without teleporters?
This could even be a distinction and a center of attraction to have a tp-free server for all those who do not like them.
It is certainly your task as server manager to take a minimum care and to select the maps you're proposing.

But to take just any map from the community unsighted, and then to complain that they have tp and to blame those who only give us the tools for gaming (Nadeo) is a little bit unfair, don't you think?

I really wish that was a solution! That's what I did at first. Didn't add any maps with teleporters after the update, then slowly, every day less and less people. Now we have french people playing on the only NA server left! Wouldn't imagine that a year and a half ago! I am not trying to be negative towards Nadeo, I am only frustrated and upset because it was my favorite game, and now its gone

The French players have most probably disappeared from NA servers because of lag and because they got kicked often (because of lag as well).

Soon (probably next month, Hylis? ) there will be the new demo which should again bring new attention and therefore also new players.

And one reason you cannot deny, some players might indeed miss teleporters...
Did you check the map ratings on your servers?

Perhaps you can not do anything despite your server has nice plugins and cool maps, perhaps it is only a anti-hype at the moment.

Please don't dispair and also do not give up!
