* Players with allies are never selected as substitutes

* New penalties system. Players that leaves in going matches will be banned from the matchmaking for a few minutes. This ban will be enforced on all lobbies and for an unlimited duration (this mean that you have to be connected on a lobby without being able to be ready for a few minutes).
* Fixed a few bugs

Replay download
* Accessible in the title "Elite" from "Editors" > "Edit a replay" > "Download"
* New UI
* Only full match download available for 10 planets a round

* Fixed order list for players with a lot of LPs
* Made "average echelon on server" more up to date

* Fixed a bug when multiple players were missing and only some came back, the player that come back got a ban.

* The "Server" view now shows both Matchmaking and standard servers.

New features in programs and channels :
Episodes Date : this is what is scheduled by Nadeo in Channels
Episodes : this is a "version" of your program, you can start a new episode whenever you want from the program manager
A single Episode can of course have multiple dates
You can edit a changelog for you current episode
