it's simply the replay engine: it does not save the position of the cars all the time, but at intervals.
And when shooting the replay, the cars follow a virtual positioning line, which does not always match the real track.
This is why the car looks like it was jumping. But actually the track jumps away from the car

I don't know, what comes to my mind is that it is perhaps also due to a higher ping from that player: less position data packages in the same time = larger steps between position updates.
You can see this effect also while playing on servers, when cars seem to "jump" between positions insead of "driving".

Al right, what comes to your mind seems to be very logical
Maybe a replay from another player with better ping could resolve this issue (=> for a better video)
