Battle Pro 3v3 is a lot better than Battle any vs any to play and to watch, imo. I think Battle Pro 3v3 would get more participants than Battle 3v3 or 5v5 or whatever.

I agree that BPro is a better mode than battle. I just don't see how it gets more participants since the people that would've played the BPro tournament are playing elite. Only way I'd see people participate is a few buddies playing for fun, but since the ticket is pretty expensive it doesn't really encourage that.

They could've put the money towards elite to bring more of the old top players (even though I think there are way better modes for competition, elite is the most popular). It's way too late to do that for this years GA.

Enough of this nonsense! Create the following environment! LAGOON! What are you doing for players? Without your regular Online Matches. What are you doing for six months? Rest? 2015 will be the year of TrackMania? Liar!

As Hylis said before "2015 will be the year of TrackMania", I think that will be a good moment for a new environment, when it comes. I expect TrackMania 2:Lagoon (as it seems to be called in the script in ManiaPlanet and has been shown in some concept-art) by that time.

Wondering whether an alpha/beta will be usefull for a new environment, might be good to got the community on track with all tools/sites/mapbuilding/etc. And maybe to help tweak the gameplay/handling a bit.

Apparently you did not really read what Hylis wrote ... unfortunately they won't be ready with any release for the GA, but they try hard to present something until this Summer.
The tournaments are only the start, so don't blame them for something that did not even happen yet.
Sincerelly, Nadeo can't do it right for anyone, but if you "don't want anything", then why are you still here !?
