in dead mmos like shootmania modes that requires few or no players like obstacle and elite will always prevail, it's not like there is really a choice

While Elite is extremely dull for casual players like me, I actually really loved Combo, it's MUCH more fun. Main issue is that nobody is aware of its existence, though.
In the end it comes down to the flawed content sharing systems: titlepacks are too complex and a hassle for players instead of a transparent interface to custom content. Which will unlikely ever get fixed, anyway, especially since some functionality is locked behind titlepacks only.

I COULD NOT AGREE MORE, shootmania is just 1 game unlike trackmania (which is split in 3 and that was also an awful idea) there is no reason for it to be split in titles and split server lists, it's like Nadeo is TRYING to divide the community.
also when i launch shootmania the server list only showns North America servers, WHY!?!? it wasn't always like this, there is no point for that in a game with so few players, i thought the game was dead when i stopped playing for a while and returned, i noticed it's confusing players in the steam reviews too.
