In my email it said you should wait 12 hours for a key and if you have waited that long, you should contact their support team. :/

I have just ask that Cerovan could be in contact with their own support to be able to gid more precise info, case by case on this topic. We will see what we can do.

You just need to wait that the servers of Metaboli, send you the mail with your key, if your payement wasn't rejected

but i've got a mail from paypal that the payment was successful but no mail after that and this was at 22:57 UTC+1

Servers are over capacity so we don't know how you need to wait before you receive your mail. We know it's long to receive a mail but the servers don't answer as fast as they do.

So what do you think when do i get my mail. Everybody around me got their mail directly. So why do i have to wait more than 12 hours ans why is the money booked from my account before i got the key?

Seeing how I'm at 24 hours without a key and already paid $25 for the game I'd rather not have paid yet... Who can I email to request one? It seems like everyone that ordered at the same time as me got their key about 6 hours ago.
