I can't seem to access my validation code via the email I used. Would anyone be able to assist me in this situation?

#edit, already solved, a few minutes later I received a new working password by email.

Hello, after a few years of absence i would like to use my maniaplanet account again.

Logging in does not work, due to my account is older an i haven't used it after 2017. I downloaded the Maniaplanet Software, klicked on "forgot password" and received an email with an activation link.
Unfortunately by clicking this link I receive the Message "In der Datenbank wurde keine Übereinstimmung mit Ihrem Aktivierungsschlüssel gefunden." which means something like "in the database has not been found an entry with my activation key."

I found an old Maniaplanet installation on a harddrive and copied the configuration files, but by starting it says again "wrong password".

What can I do?

wonder if some one here can help .
i need a new validation key for a new tm2 server , but when i login go to my player page go to the new server when ever i click the retrieve button to get a validation key , it ask me for either my email or game key . whilst logged in it will tell me email not associated or similar and it doenst recognise my game key either ??
i am just been stupid and pressing the wrong thing ??

any ideas or help would be appreciated

If it still doesn't work, you should contact the Ubisoft support, they'll be able to help you out.

Did you enter a valid e-mail address in your player profile?
Make sure to start a game, like Stadium, and enter the profile there.

Hi EriK here. Been playing Trackmania 2 Canyon since 2011. I got the game from my father and he bought it under his name and email.

No email is in my profile ingame so I cannot recieve a new game key or validation code because to add a email adress in my profile ingame I need a validation code...

If anyone knows what I can do to get a validation code I am thankful. pls help

I had a similar problem when I made a new PC I lost my password and email was different.

If you go to UBIsoft they will get you a new code. Talk to there help department.

They will pass you back to Nadeo. They will need proof of purchase. So get a image of that purchase info. to send as well.

Did you try to get a new Validation Code from the player page: https://www.maniaplanet.com/login - find the Player Page by clicking on your user name top-right-corner of the main page?

If you know your father's email address, this should be easy, saving you the hassle of going through Ubisoft.
