[ALL?] Missing camera mode (mp/tmn num1)

It is crazy that they chose to remove cam 1, not cam 2. As far as I know, a large majority of players (in the leagues) used cam 1, with cam 2 and 3 being not nearly as popular.

Well, then patch it for the Xbox1/PS4 version too. It's unbelievable -__- [...] This must a professional hate to everyone who used Cam1

Then, during the game development process, some choices has been made (good or bad) Once they are made, it would be misleading to tell players from one version to another that there is something different. Would I take the example of Camera 1, since it was decided to put only one external camera, then it more logicial/fair to keep this the same on all versions. If people say it's diffcult to switch from one version to another, it would only confirm that going from PC on PS4, on Trackmania Turbo itself would be complicated. However, if people get used to the current extrenal camera, it would be logical that we try to make it available in Maniaplanet, since it should be versatile (at the cost of being more complex and less polish in short term)

I use both cams 1 and 3 and I swap them dynamically when driving with my bumpers. However - I can' to that, both because of lack of cam 1 and lack of the ability to assign buttons on pads . And cam3 is overFoVed here. It looks like the effect you'd normally add with a camera fx .

I was so excited to get this game for ps4. I can handle all the other missing features but this missing camera angle just makes it unplayable. What a waste of money.

Great excuse by Hylis for Cam1..NOT AT ALL!

I understand that they wanted to make things simple..fine i can live with that. But WHY FOR F... SAKE delete the most popular camera from the games before? And why isn't it possible to add this small thing via a patch FOR ALL DAMN CONSOLES? Other developers can add stuff to their games aswell without big problems....

This excuse post from Hylis and his explanations? Fuck That and Nadeo.. They can delete my post if they want.. i don't care about this anymore since they've driven this series to hell

Yeah saying that "if you can't drive with Cam1, you'd better not buy turbo" is a f*cking bad argument.
My overall reaction to Hylis' post was : "Maniaplanet owners have 0 reasons to buy this game, they'll be for most disappointed, but we ain't tell them because they can't ask for a refund once they preordered/buy it".
