You should fix your issue by generating a new validation code (as you still have your key): http://wiki.maniaplanet.com/en/Player_P ... ation_code
It's the validation code that allows you to spend planets.

thats what i have been trying to get! my player key

O_O my game key is my player key! i didnt know that i have a new validation key YES i am all set now i think to use planets right?

ok close this forum the issue is solved all this hassle ove something i could of done on my own and no one but u nadeo tolde me that i could regen a new one by using my game key!

see i though the player key was a diffent key then the game key she i have searched the entire internet looking fo what my player key was and her to find out i always had it if u could link me to a survay to leave a positive review i would be gratefull cuz ubisoft got a nasty one cuz they couldnt tell me any thing i didnt already know in the end i am very gratefull and will in future come to u nadeo or maina planet for any further issues next time i get payed ill def buy planet points and thank u verry much i am happy as can be now thats my current review of ur support thnks again

Well there is a player KEY (also known as game key or cd key), which registers a purchased license to the Maniaplanet account.
And there is the Validation CODE which is there for Planets transactions, and which you get after creation of an account or renewal on the player page.
