Will there be an external download link for the mp4.exe for those of us who suffer from limited bandwidth and have MP on multiple devices (pc, laptop)? How big is the update? Hope I don't have to suffer through some additional days to wait for my limit to be reset.

There is no external download link for the mp4.exe however you can choose to install MP4 (it will be a compulsory update) in high or low definition.

Any estimates on the size of the hight and/or low definition updates?

Edit: answer in the post by Hylis: maniaplanet setup will be available but only is 100 MB or so. After you have to download the environments. If you copy the files, then you don't have to download them again on other device. however, you have to know where to copy them. By providing the low definition textures, in addition to quite optimized size, I hope it will be ok. Sorry, we have to manage a lot of things atm!
