I don't see any game key in the ingame profile either.
Probably you can only see game key from Steam or Uplay client version (not the standard standalone game client)

I'm just going to buy Lagoon on Steam later today just to finish my collection, so that I can support Nadeo.

Nadeo & Ubisoft are very ill prepared for release. Do you want people to be positive by watching this mess? Awful service.

Aren't you supposed to just start it from Uplay/Steam and it will register the key automatically for you as you start the game? This is how it has always worked on Steam, at least.
