Like the way you make cliffs: you don’t have the cake system anymore, now we can build the cliffs into each other. It was very important for ShootMania because if you have gameplay landscape here but can’t combine it with the scenery there...
Too much SM-bound... but yea, we won't know until we get to play with the final version of editor 8-)

Maybe you can layer the hills...but it's based on arbitrary geometry, rather than "Mayan-pyramid" style...

Exaclty, TManiack, a great solution to this kind of graphics is making the kind of smooth, but still realistic, not like those "Mayan pyramides" also called 'stair pyramides'. However, I'm glad of what did Nadeo with this track editor. When I'm thinking about it, somehow I can't wait for the beta too see what going on in the game. But for now, patience...
