...have same problem, cant log in into game, says it is already connected from different computer - installed the game first on my laptop to see if it can run. Unninstaled it, instaled game on my desktop then and i cant login, both machines restarted, still same error. FRUSTRATING

Do i have to wait two or three hours when my account will be unblocked or what?

I tell you what... have these problems only with games which i bought - this is just ONE MORE thing to keep me out of buying games anymore. and I AM VERY SORRY i have to say that!!!

We are not paying money only for game, we pay also for service and this is what we get - WE CAN NOT PLAY THE GAME even in ofline mode!

I really like to get my money back, this is not service i wish to pay for.

You need to wait few hours that the masterserver disconnect you.
You can play offline in the next version who will be release very soon.

Thank you for answer, but i have to tell you it is not my problem that someones server doesnt allow me to play game i paid for. I am customer and i want to play now and not when server change its mind.

So please tell me how will i get my money back - this is the question i was realy looking for. thank you

It's a security on the server.
If you want to get your money back, contact the support where you have buy your game

They will tell you how do you get back your money.
Anyway if the server block your account it's a security to not take your account when you're connecting. And if you're not correct disconnected it's because you have quit the game by alt+F4 or the red cross.

Thank you for answer once more time, i didnt really close the game by pressing alt F4 or anything similar. I only installed game on laptop, uninstalled, installed on my desktop and could not login.. simple as that.
