Not receiving ladder points

Hi Cerovan, my history (Spain time):

- 28/11/2011 until 2:00 i received points without problems.
- 28/11/2011 from 19:00 to 00:00 and 29/11/2011 until 2:00 i dont received any points in any server. Playing 3-4 tracks for each one.
- Today no problems.

Servers:

Full.Speed:)

This problem occurred several players but not to all in each server. Today I already received points normally.

I have some news for you, the problem is now fixed, unfortunately we have no way to reimburse the LP of the past night.

thx, btw won't be a big deal to get them LP's back, its only strange that only some of us had this problem, in fact yesterday i thought the problem was mine, i even cleared the cache(like 2,5Gb) to be sure

Been losing all the ladder points I've earned over the last few days. Did a test just now and gained 58 points from a race; it showed the new total on my multiplayer page. Quit the game, came back in and my ladder points were what they were before I earned the 58 points.

Edit: The points are actually being earned, and if you look at the actual ladder you will see the correct points. It seems that there is a problem with the client not updating the score for your local viewing.

Hello i won 1.5k lps today , logout and login past couple of hours and lost 1.5k, now played a few and after logout remembered to login to see if its happened again and yes it happened..
But strange because at ladder my points still 45k.

I'm the 2nd at that ladder, and look my lps above in this print

I am not gaining LP, and my rank is not going up.

I keep finishing races in the top 5 or top 10, and it says that I'm gaining LP on the scoreboard, e.g. +130 or +50 or whatever.

If I started the race at rank 1710, and place 3rd, gaining +230 LP, my rank on the scoreboard will DECREASE by around 200, leaving me at around rank 1910.

If I continue playing the next map, place in the top 5 again, gain something like 100 LP, my rank on the scoreboard will show something like 2110. EVERY time I finish a race my rank goes down by around 200, and even though it says I'm gaining LP, I'm actually not.

When I exit the game and then reopen it, my LP gains will have disappeared, and I will be at rank 1710 again.

I cannot gain permanent points, and my rank goes down whenever I finish a race.

Was this on a server with much lower ranked opponents than you ? If so do you get the same on other servers with closer or higher ranked opponents? I had a similar experience tonight, and it turned out my lack of LP gains was because I was winning against much lower ranked players, finding a more evenly balanced server fixed it.

Come to think of it though.. On the results on that server i did get +0 LP, where according to you there was points earned, so I guess I'm way off here.

Yeah that's not the issue, most players were actually much higher than me, like above 1000 ranked.

And yes, it was displaying my LP gains on the scoreboard, while simultaneously lowering my rank by 200 each match.

I also lost LP today, started this morning with 12070 and after playng all of and on all day I had about 12900. When I logged back on after 10PM Eastern USA I had 12362 at the top and the total showing on my state ranking is 12547.
