I dislike this suggestion.
For example if killstreaks will allow the player to deploy an helicopter without being killed (like on CoD Black Ops), many peeps will get mad because they got killed and broke their killstreaks. So it won't be fun to see many people rageing..

Killstreakes killed call of duty.
Nuff said

Don't put anything too over powered though. That's what ruined the call of duty games
