okay okay. then my sequel is flopped

i wanted to film in reallife - the scene when hylis (working on tm2) get kidnapped. and then a wisp into the canyon blabla... and the endplot would be, that the kidnappers got overwhelming by tm2 - they fall instantly asleep :'D

You can do a plot if you wish, on that regard I think you are completely free to do anything you want.
However the one thing that is required is the single shot thing. From what I understand, you may use as many replays and maps with as much speed up editing, slow effects, mood or mod changes and trickery as you want but the whole video must feel like if it were done with a single shot.

However you do raise an interesting question. Can the video have cuts apart from the single shot sequence ?
Something like :
Author logo -> intro with cuts -> 2+minutes single shot sequence -> ending with cuts -> credits with cuts

or does it have to be just the single shot sequence and nothing else ?

I would prefer to have just the single shot sequence with the desired logos and stuff in it. Allowing separate intro and ending would require to specify new rules about their respective length... About the credits, you are free to display them in a new cut at the end if you like, but don't make them too long in this case.
