Hey trackmaniacs. I got bored of tm2 so quickly.... I bought it mainly for modding but that turned out... you know how.

No, we don't. How? The mods I've seen have looked phenomenal, unless you're not referring to texture mods.

So every time I have a few minutes for playing I go for everything but TM2. (also because my pc sucks and I have huge lags)

You don't need a good reason to play TM2. You need a good reason to invest in a new PC. Playing a game while your computer is giving you massive graphics lag isn't going to contribute to a positive opinion of the game, no matter what people say in this thread.

So let's make a deal, you give me one, ONE good reason to play TM2, I'll pick it next time. Give me two good reasons, I'll launch a server. Give me three, I might take a look at maniascript again.

I had 90 hours of playtime on Skyrim on the Xbox...Getting a gaming PC for Christmas stopped that.

First game I downloaded on the PC to try out? Trackmania 2 and I was happy...Testing out all my other games stopped that.

Even after multiple crashes due to Nvidia driver errors, I still played many games and didn't settle on playing one...Trading in Skyrim (Xbox 360), Halo Reach, Sniper: Ghost Warrior (Xbox 360) and Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360) and getting Skyrim on the PC stopped that.

69 more glorious hours on Skyrim played...the news that both King Arthur's Gold and Trackmania 2 have big news this month stopped that.

Having fun on Trackmania 2's Solo Race Challenges and getting Gold on all the ones I tried...getting to D1 stopped that...seriously, that loop is whack, yo!

Playing Trackmania United Forever's Solo Race Challenges and getting Gold on all the ones I tried...has not stopped yet, but I am sure another bastard track ("A track whose creation lacks legal legitimacy" of course, not the slang term ) will thwart me...i'm looking at you, Desert tracks, you spawns of Satan.



My point: You don't need a reason to play a game, you just need to look at the good points of the game and enjoy them...and if you say there are no good points, then I have a something for you, sir:

Give me one good reason to NOT play Trackmania 2.

1. The handling of the cars is horrible, at the end of a drift, the car drives in the opposite direction you accelerated

2.Singleplayer has an time limit, so you are not able to fight against "nolifers" if you have not enough time to wait 5 min every time

3.The online servers are nearly empty

4.The online servers, which are often full, are mostly only fullspeed or "LOL" maps

5.There are no skill servers

6.There is no stunt mode in Tm2

7.More blocks than in TMNF were promised, but there aren't

also that Tm2 sold 5 times faster than TMUF has various reasons:

1. 90% of tm2 drivers, also played tmuf

2. the game cost only 20 euros, tmuf costs 50
