Excellent work man!
You have put a lot of effort into this pack.
It's hard to find a good list of all the current Nations.
I kind of like the idea of having "Historic Flags" from Past Countries too though. Maybe in a separate pack or section though so that people don't get all weird about it.
I guess most people are just looking for their own Country but I like to use them all. I use every car in the World Cars pack. I change the Nation Car every time I play and would use all the Country signs too. Not all on one track though. That would likely eat up some memory. It would be fun though to make track sections that represent different Nations with the Nation sign at the entrance to the section.

To celebrate that I've created over 1000 signs now, I've added even more signs! A huge pack of 387 signs in a painted wood style: Sign Pack 11 is now uploaded.

I think these all look good and fit with the game graphics well.
I made a few signs myself but mine look a bit fake. They don't blend in with the environment like yours do.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (for sign pack 11)
There is a new update available for sign pack 11. This update fixes 1 sign with misspelled text and adds 53 new signs that were missing in the package. It's highly recommended to download this update.

Optional update (for sign pack 11)
There is a new update available for sign pack 11. This update fixes 2 signs for better visibility and adds 44 new signs that totally finish the package. It's an optional update, but you should not miss it!

What I like about these is that there is a little something for everyone in here. If you are looking for a sign it is likely in one of these packs. If it isn't, let Elmigo know. I'm sure he'd consider making it.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
The sign packs 6, 9, 10 and 11 still did not contain any locator files. I've uploaded them now, and they can be found at the link below!

For packages that contain the actual locator files, they can't be downloaded seperately.

What about some signs with Victoria Secret models? Or would that cause some copyright infringement? Signs with hot girls might destract me while driving though, but I'd be ok with that.

I doubt you have your own pictures of nice girls, so it might most probably be some copyright issue.
Please stick to signs that are signs and not distracting images as you wrote

Though many people would like the idea of hot girls on signs, it might - as you said - be a copyright problem. Unfortunately I don't have my own pictures of hot girls and stuff.
