Does it mean that the PC version will be exactly the same as the console version (even the UI)?
Any additional feature must be in another application?

Yes, because if the PC version has "extras" from console version, players will be angry or won't buy console versions.

And yes again, but mostly because of our community pressure and that is destroying the point above.

It's less about angry players, even if it could be part of, than suggesting that the game can be played "like on console" meaning that if you have an interface, you can use it with paddle and with the console style. You saw how people can react to some stuff that is different, and it makes the game strange for them. So, Turbo should be well defined and playable on paddle (even if the PC version is being made compatible with keyboard + mouse, it's not obligatory, let's say)

Its seems like the game will be a success  99% positive comments on facebook under Ubisofts Trackmania post or on youtube, from people who tried the beta, just watched the trailers, etc :) (only checked german ubisoft page/channel)
I start to think that this game could push Trackmania back to its glory days :thx:

If I understand correctly, it means that every action on the PC version must be possible with a pad.
It may be difficult in the track editor: There are a lot of actions easy to do with a keyboard+mouse (copy-past feature, quick selection of blocs, pickup tool, shortcuts).

I'm not stupid, but if they are locked, normally they are grey.

Yes, it should be feasible with a paddle. You can create a server with a paddle, you can enter your letters in arcade with the paddle etc. so you can also play on your TV, on Big Screen, with a paddle. But yes, it could be also easier with mouse & keyboard, and we are working to help it and eventually providing an external software to help for replays. But it's not the goal to make the mouse edition of the paddle edition of a mouse based game. We knew people would like to have it as well on PC, so we are bringing it on PC, but the "personal computer" version is where players can input tons of personal creations and ideas: Maniaplanet.

I really love how you sell your games. Truly you must be a commercial mastermind.
