I think you should build forward on the very popular stadium. We all know people like stadium the most and this is where trackmania has become very popular.
If I where Nadeo I would put all my energy in a stadium 2 (yes, here we go again) with way more grazy blocks then the more serious approach then Canyon and Valley. Instead of all energy in 3 TM2 games, just 1 great game.
