That's not the correct option
That one is for sending e-mails to a user when there is a new reply in topics. That one is disabled by default.

sry wiid., but you are wrong. It is alrady disabled for me, but does not work. It does only work for private messages and not for the forum

The option from Fastforza is indeed the correct option and seems to work well on my clan forum.
Enable post review:
If set to yes users are able to review their post if new posts were made to the topic while users wrote theirs. This should be disabled for chat forums.
