It makes sens. You should not convert them back unless you need them or you will convert your Planets back to EP at the end of the month... and finally have a loss of 20% on them. It makes a lot of sens on an economical stability system, and even more because you can not force to convert Planets to EP, it provides an additional interesting value on the success ladder without staying only on the consumption part of the society. I don't know if it answers what you said, but this is the sens I give to EP.

In this case, yes it make sense. My mistake, sry

I think first about the players who maybe think, "yay I get 80% from my planets back" and I thought, "yes, and you will get EPs after the end of each month and you "lose" you planets again  "

So if my calculations are right, there is a economical tax of 2%.
At the end of the month 10% of your planets will be converted into EP's.
IF (Big capitals) you decide to change everything back into planets, the tax will be 20%.
20% of 10% is 2%. I think thats fair enough :D

Greetz,

Hylistic

If you convert them at the end of the month, it will be immediate, in all the other cases it will be cyclic (every month).
Perhaps the timing will be adapted depending on the amount and the frequency of requested conversions.

I presume Nadeo will have an automatism that runs every week or every month, and that they will check more often until it stabilizes.

The rate is at 20%. We doubt that it will increase or it would means that there is a sudden major big flow of 1. converion 2. keeping it at the end of the month. If it happens, it would put too much pressure on the economical balance at the end of the month, and the 'poor' would suffer a tax inflation that they would have difficultie to deal with. But we believe that the 20% will stay like this for a long time. Only if everybody would convert all EP back to Planets tomorrow, it would raise. And like Kripkee realized, there is no real big motivation to do it. It is like if everybody goes take all their money at the bank. But, us, we have a security for this

1:
P to EP conversion rate. how high can it get?

2:
monthly P to EP conversion is 10% right?
a) and it is for all planets i have?
* who worked out this system?
or b) I though it were for the revenues at the actual month. isn´t it?
* if it´s, all is ok.

3.
it is really annoying to ask everything we find new in updates,
couldn´t you simply tell us all features and rules and systems details and whatever?
