Re: What new Environment would you like to see?

I agree. Could be cool. But your settings must be changed for one map only.

Neither Stadium nor Coast have Blacktop roads with no sides on them. They both have edges that keep you on the track or prevent you from getting back on if you do manage to fly off. What would be different with the suggested F1-GT style is track edges would be little more than rumbles strips, sand traps or open grass with maybe some tire walls to catch you if needed. More gradual hills so you don't get air off every slope at speed and a car with quicker acceleration/deceleration and down force would give a very different performance. Laguna Seca is a good example of the type of track and racing you could build with this kind of environment.spikeballthehedgehog wrote:F1/GT: ............. Yes but you can't build your own tracks in Spintires. Thus the beauty of TM.spikeballthehedgehog wrote:OFFROAD: .......... Monster Trucks and lots of mud dirt and things to climb, Large rocks to "Crawl" on. (SpinTires)
Scrapped or set aside for now? There are still a lot of people interested and it could be fun.spikeballthehedgehog wrote:MICRO/TOY: ....... Miniature/Toy or RC cars, Toys, Candies, Tools, Household items, Sand box. Old scrapped TM1 Enviro
TM1 Snow does not have hard packed snow roads or banked snow turns. Take a look at Dirt 3 snow tracks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NpjKKsnBwsspikeballthehedgehog wrote:SNOW/ICE: ........ Rally Car or Truck. Hard packed snow roads, Soft snow, Banked turns, Ice & Frozen lakes. (Snow TM1)

If all game stop unrealistic lens flares, better ambiant occlusion ( Tm² got a really good ambiant occlusion ), and if there is a realistic tonemapping, any game can be like that.Demented wrote:TMarc:
Those photos are awesome. One day the games will look like that and pc's will be able to run them.

I remember those topics, and in fact many of your ideas and others from around these forums were brought together to form this one. I think you have some cool ideas.
In fact, there are so many good ideas people have come up with, I wish Nadeo could bring us ten more new environments, but Nadeo will likely do the most feasible ones that fit their time plans.
