Something must be wrong... Dropbox allows up to 20GB download traffic and 100.000 downloads per day and pe Dropbox basic account.
Could this really be with your activities adamkooo2?
But as Florenzius already wrote, an own server might be better, as there would also be a monitoring of the downloads, so you can see which files generate most of the traffic.

An alternative would be Dropbox pro, which is 99€ per year at the moment, which is the similar cost of a decent webserver.

TM2UF 1.8.0 will have offline menu with check version manually button in it

-menu is offline and with check for update (manually) option
-few new maps
-no music bug fixed on some maps which I forgot in last update
-new autoupdate link
