Ratchet and clanc series
Some games are PEGI 3

Some real guns and grenades (but shoots "lasers" though)
High action and some hard parts

I dont think Shootmania will get more than pegi 3

This game has potential to be the next Quake 3 if they do it right. Which means: get a few Q3/UT/etc programers on board and ask them about map features (= blocks) and weapon balance. Let the players sort out the maps, but give them the correct tools so they can make competitive maps.

There will be some cars transformers with shotguns running through Nadeo maps from Canyon! =)

I dont know influince of UBI on release dates, but what I do know, is that SM was started way before UBI "came".

So was TM2...and from what I can tell, they're behind the "Always-On DRM by another name" and the removal of the block editor, by way of rushing the release. I don't know about you, but I would have happily waited another 6 months for TM2 if there would have been more features in it... :-?

Maybe indeed the release is a bit rushed, because, well they are so small company and this just seems too much work to handle so fast. But all in all there are only some small odds and ends left to do. The very beginning is the hardest because they need to build (and debug) all the mechanics of maniaplanet.

But the block editor was never a feature :shock: I only heard that with 3D software you could import blocks to TM same way as cars, not make like with ingame painter. Such ingame solutions usually are only "place this cube on this cylinder" anyways, so they would make horrible blocks.

The reason why this feature was removed is not because they ran out of time, but because they switched from TM2 to Maniaplanet. Now they only release one enviro at a time, so if people would make new blocks, why the heck would they want to buy different enviros. I mean you could create entire new environments(custom blocks + custom mods = no resemblance).
