6th of June 2012 the post was made by Hylis in the sm-alpha forum.

The closed beta is closed for various reasons, and if players would like to have information in a way, it's better to think about this, instead of making it task of the beta. One of the reason is that I would like to avoid that some players start to look at using it at a privilege for communication, more than test. If we would like to invite reporters, than we should give them this role, more than making it widely open, while being a closed beta.

NDA is great imo.

1. It does make you focus on the actual purpose of the CB: Bug reporting, testing.
2. Until the deadline, you can finish various things to be published later. What is better than a big bunch of new videos and photos all released at once?

Since 2 or 3 month I think, mayber longer. I removed on this page old or useless bookmarks^^

It's because there is a "former" maniaplanet news (which was the blog) and the new one wich is a manialink.

I'll remove the old one on monday

Any substitute for that one also than the manialink???
