That's definitely damage on the driver side rear fender and bumper. Compare the bumper's right and left sides. It's flush on the passenger side, and twisted/bent on the driver's side. The fender on the driver's side is also dented pretty bad. The tire sticks out a little ways. Finally, there is a small dent and some scratches on the roof of the car just above the back window (on the left side of the racing strip).
