So appaerantly a Nadeo Fanboy is someone who likes B3?
So why is there a B3 in the first place? Because the community wanted it. Read the threads from before. People were suggesting excactly these things. You blame it on Nadeo for implementing B3, but all they're trying to do is make players happy. Go on, call me a "fanboy", but I am more realist; have you ever seen things out of the POV of the developers or Hylis? No. I guess not. Even your thoughts about the gameplay wouldn't bring any change if you were a dev, sadzealot. All you do here is having something to complain; and that's fine. I mean that's what the forums are for actually. But the thing is, it's hard do listen to someone if he is rather raging about tiny things like walljumps or microjumps; if he is trying to make his argument more valuable with swearing. That brings you nowhere.
Also, I repeat, more whining means B4 in the next month; and I guess you don't want it, so better be quiet

Shooting is skillbased, stamina usage is skillbased, b3 walljumps are skillbased, they are not as deep as b2, but still requires practice not only to perform but to see more possible routes at maps. Lots of skillbased stuff overall.
I suggested to Hylis that they add a paintbrush to the editor to allow mapmakers to paint -1- side (or multiple if you want) of a castle block with a different texture/gradient/shadow that would disable walljump on that side (or sides).
This is an easy solution to the problem of them being "too powerful" and
I got instantly shot down by Hylis with the following words:
"That would put too much strain on our texture department and they're already doing great work"
Completely ignoring the entire point about why mappers don't have 100% freedom to dictate movement in the game, but throwing out some bullshit argument because he doesn't want to discuss or even entertain the idea.
And this is the reason I'm fucking pissed. The inconsistency, the lack of wanting to actually approach or even discuss certain points but completely ignore them at will.
Sure it was, just not as much. And remember that that was during beta. The nerfs have mostly come AFTER release of the game. But let's not get into this entire ordeal. People mostly agree I make some sense in my post, you're the only one here religiously defending Nadeo and their choices.
Even if an idea is nice, it's not always possible to implement it into the game. Matter of technical limitations.
And sure, you raise some good points here. No one is denying that. You may be frustrated, but learn to chill out before posting.

yeah we got what we want 4 days before the first european qualification... and we start to say to you that the "old" mappoll was really horrible at 8 august (1month ago)that is so sad.... maybe now you understand that the next time you have to follow the comunity about this game...
Hope you will work better next time Nadeo!!

This has nothing to do with Nadeo. It was ESWC's decision.
