I don't see any change on the controller server part that would require to build a new server controller

I would be sitting there all day and ninght until release doing that if I could... but I have to go to school

I thought the TM modes would be transferred into script?
And furthermore, you might see that, but we certainly can't until we see the new dedi/client-builds...

For TM modes its legacy mode and modescript callbacks like in shootmania.

I would like know if the Beta will be open for everybody or only few person ?

It's a closed beta, with only a couple people being chosen by NADEO. All of those have been invited already. But those people may or may not receive additional invites they can give out to others to join later down the road
