2 seconds ago...it was processing my order...and half way through it got kicked back into the queue...how do i know if ive been charged?

Visa Electron is not accepted. Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Delta are accepted.

Read the payment page carefully, particularly the pop-up box when you select Visa. It should explain it to you.
