For me, all this ukash and paysafecard is BAD.

Nadeo and Ubisoft: please change your decisions. You will ruin the community, especially among young people. :)

why is it bad?

imagine every year 3 new environments are coming ( sm,qm,tm2)

in 3 years the stores would have 9-10 games just full with Nadeo

and it does cost only 20 € so the stores wont do it

maybe after 1 year a collectors edition is coming for all 3 games, but this is just a guess

if you have bad internet for this game then dont play it, at the moment and in the future I will not like all lagers in trackmania because they are +2 beyond and then next checkpoint they are -1 sec just because of lag

the possibiltys with paysafecard and ukash are great,

if the only online purchase method would be paypal and credit card then nadeo will loose many players

but with paysafecard and others maybe 5% are still not able to buy it

its Nadeos decision and Hylis just told that there will be no boxed version, that means there will be no boxed version

that dont need to be discussed now, in my opinion this topic is closed, because the developer says there will be only a digital version of Trackmania 2 because its better for Maniaplanet

I really understand, that "a digital version of TM2 (...) [is] better for ManiaPlanet", but isn't there another way, except this kind of payment to buy this game?
Yes, I am stubborn about this, cause I won't (or rather CAN'T) buy TM2 by this way.

I have a fast internet, so don't worry about that.

Ok, we can close this topic, for now. We will get back to this, when Hylis will tell us more about this thing (and I hope he will do).

Will there be something like a steambased platform called something like "ManiaPlanetDownoad Manager?"

Would be a nice thing, as this platform could also be used for actions outside ingame or the browser...

Btw: My last 5 Games also were digital downloads and tbh It is much better than having a boxed version. It's not that I don't like boxed versions, but boxed versions need to be transported to my home which cost time.

Using internet payment makes the game itself instant available for me and that's sure a big plus.

And tbh I don't see a problem in availability for every country... There are lots of different payment methods, and they are still increasing...

He said, that he has no problem to use "paypal and stuff" to buy TM2
The only problem for him is to download the data. It takes too long for him ;)

Why can't you buy this game?

And if you really can't, is there no friend who can buy it for you?
