[Fixed] [B2.0] Railgun lags

I can't hit anything since the Beta 2 update. Everything lags... and even when I spectate a team mate, I see shots go through walls and kill because of the lags.
It's unplayable.

the goal is tomorrow

it will mainly done for this and we will wait before making a 2.1 including more things
