LOL probably somewhere in that 6 gig vault the skins are hidden but nolonger valid because of the new system or whatever they've done to it

I have only ever been able still to see Eyebo's skin ingame. Cleaned my cache, check all my setting to assure that I am setup to get p2p skinz and yet 99% of everyone is grey still.
I have yet to see a custom car model, everyone is still the default Nadeo car. No lambo's, cow's on tricycles or any other cars of any of any different types at all.
I have heard the odd custom horn here and there. But clearly there is some issue as the hugely unique and interesting variations through the communities personal setups remain missing.
Played for a number of hours last night over a few different servers, all with the same result.
Something is still plugged up somewhere along the line, hope to see it fixed soon.

All is well now, 100% fixed, horns, skinz, models the works, for anyone else still having issues, clear your cache in the launcher advanced settings and restart.

Not really fixed in a sense .. after cleaning cache etc etc..
Ok here's my experience ...
95% of the people's avatars I cannot see. But some I do, and I cant imagine it has to do with settings in the PnP.
So trying to narrow it down a bit, are all avatars converted to the same size, format etc ? (dds or jpeg)
(I have an animated one at the moment and don't really expect it to work just yet, seeing you guys are still busy with Stadium, but to confirm no-one can see it.. yet in TM1 it was no problem - same file, size and dimensions)
As for Car Skins, I can see custom build cars (3d models), but not painted canyon cars (hope it makes sense) , nor can anyone else see my painted canyon cars.
Hope it helps a bit.

So I can not quite confirm.
We have no problem with us, I can see all the skins and cars.
takes on some cars ever 3 rounds, but then they are there.
I also can see animated pictures, we have saved as. bik file and inserted.
I'd say 95% of everything is ok.

Update.. Some players could see my animated (.bik) avatar. So there goes that theory
As to why I can't see most cars, I don't know. Maybe it's the P2P settings on the other drivers side.. ? or their upload speed of their connection is really slow

I think skins dowloading isn't working properly after all.
I've been playing with my team for over two hours again and I haven't seen a single custom avatar and only the same car as I've seen last week. This guy happens to have a locator for his (canyon car) skin. I quickly made a locator and put my model and skin somewhere online but it wasn't downloading for anybody.
So....
