I have received the same answer and I've also bought the game directly from Mania Planet. So I've tried now the support email address from Mania Planet although the FAQ told me to write to Ubisoft Support. Just registered to say I'm having this issue too, I bought TM2 Canyon *ages* from the Maniaplanet store and have cleared my inbox several times since then, so I email Ubisoft support who tell me they can't help me and to contact the supplier, who tell me to contact Ubisoft support.

You should be able to ask to support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com to resend you your confirmation mail about your Canyon order
