Try using Nadeo sound effects only. I think that the music rules apply here.

Quick suggestion about the prizes:
You could give some of the SM or MP swag to the top 3 in each category or just to "honorable mentions" that did not make the first place.

+1 for adsun, at least make a kind of ranking for the top3/top10

My question is almost the same as metoxys' one: can we add some FX sounds made by ourselves (swooshes, booms, etc) on Sound Forge? Copyrights don't apply here at all I guess, and it allows a better "immersion" imo.

PS: shortz = "Best movie editor 2012"? XD

Sorry it's not possible (Copyright laws are quite complicated in France )

To be certain, you said custom cars are allowed, even real cars ? (audi, porsche...)

Not real cars because they're copyrighted, only custom skin with no brand or known car models.
