Cars looks like derby demolition cars (imo), in mp3.0, there will be actionmaker + more possibilities with maniascript for tm2 (I think) --> Does this means

It would be nice if we could use the Action Maker also for TrackMania. But this requires new vehicle models.
For effects you need appropriate attachments (eg, fire-exhausts).
For movements also (eg extendable wings).
And for example laser cannons, that you can place on the map, the model needs better hit-detection.
This requires no collisions between cars but still extends the possibilities.

But a side note: I really like this updates that we get from time to time with new models, skins etc.
But what is the most user unfriendly way is that you need to download them by yourself. If there is something new and official from nadeo, simply give them out as an automatic update directly into the user folder. Saves each player time to download them online on a server over P2P and they can see them directly on the road.
Half of the players do not even see them as they don't know about this mania links.

I love the new cars but yeah I am dissapoint too, I was totally expecting something bigger to show up since they said "Trackmania is about to get a LOT more awesome"

Dang, people.
I think it's cool that they've released some new models. They haven't done that before and as far as the "Lot more awesome" goes, I'm guessing this was just an appetizer. The anniversary is still a couple days away.
