You could mention 2009 champ somewhere as well, even tho it was in WCG instead of ESWC.

The guide has changed quite a bit since first release, many thanks to feedback from everyone. In the latest change I focused more on the last chapter called "IMPROVE YOUR GAME" where I added and explained more about training methods and pressure handling, two quite important topics to be mentioned for competitive players. Both being hard to provide a definite solution to, especially the latter, but I tried to share a few standardized approaches.
