Ingame Program Page: for an upcoming program, check for and download Title updates in advance

- You can now upload a map as private: the map download link won't be distributed and you will be the only one that can use it in server playlist
- You can now forbid map download in your server configuration (and use your private maps)
- You can now sort your playlist with drag'n'drop

- Oauth2 manialink endpoint available

Changes:

• Added: Press enter to send a buddy invite or to change a status to do it immediately (you had to hit the button before)
• Fix: working pagination for "Encountered players" and "players of a channel" layers
• Fix: possible error from the chat when joining a channel
• Fix: status a player was shown incorrectly in the buddy list when a buddy was away for a long period (now will be indicated "away" instead of "offline")

All channel servers ladder limit are now 80K
