Now title saved on Dropbox, where problem?

Can you give us the download link of yout Title Pack. Maybe the link is wrong / don't redirects to the file directly.

UPD: I changed it, but nothing - not working

I think the problem is the link : It redirect to a webpage which launch the download, it don't redirect to the file directly. And i'm not sure if dropbox accepts .gbx files.

Have you a public folder in your dropbox ? If no, you can enable the public folder using this link : https://www.dropbox.com/enable_public_folder
Then, upload your title pack in the "public" folder and click on "Copy public link".
Now you have a direct link.

Ok i'll try in my side, I have a public folder and I have enough space in my dropbox
Otherwise you need to find an other hoster which supports .gbx files

I'll edit the post later
